In my current role as a Senior Recruiter, I lead full-cycle recruiting for clinical, technical, operational, and corporate positions supporting a growing virtual healthcare organization. I partner with executives and hiring managers to develop workforce planning and recruitment strategies, using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter plus referrals, networking, and passive candidate outreach to build high-quality talent pipelines. I also analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency while mentoring recruiters and supporting best practices throughout the process.

Previously, I managed full-cycle recruiting nationwide for psychiatrists, therapists, and nurse practitioners, including virtual interviews, candidate assessments, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
