I'm looking to lead enterprise learning, workforce development, and certification programs where I can align training strategy, industry partnerships, learner success, and measurable business outcomes.

I've delivered enterprise-scale learning and certification programs for Capgemini, ITC Infotech, Schneider Electric, and government skilling initiatives, reaching more than 15,000 learners across geographies.
