Rita Anigabor

I've supported customers at NatWest Bank UK by telephone and in branch, handling enquiries, arranging appointments, updating records, and coordinating with other departments to resolve issues.

At Next Retail UK, I assisted customers with orders and requests, processed orders through the company system, supervised shop-floor staff, and helped maintain customer service standards. I also handled tax refunds for international customers and administrative duties.

As Financial Secretary at Jaros Group of Companies, I managed transaction records, client payments, invoices, bills, bank-balance information, payroll preparation, and general administration.

Today, I run a catering business where I manage client enquiries, menus, orders, delivery arrangements, payments, purchasing, stock, and customer requests. I'm looking to bring my organised, approachable, and patient customer support experience to a remote team.
