I am a self-motivated graduate with a background in leisure and tourism and hands-on experience in customer support, sales, and office administration. I bring a strategic, service-oriented approach and a commitment to organizational growth.

In my current role I provided exceptional customer service that increased customer retention to about 60%, and I regularly used CRM tools to engage customers, identify sales opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Previously, I delivered administrative and secretarial support during my NYSC placement, maintaining accurate records, producing office files and correspondence, and improving office efficiency through organized processes and reliable communication.

I hold training in airline and airport management and am pursuing data analytics coursework; I combine interpersonal strengths, analytical ability and practical technical skills (CRM, Microsoft Office, live chat and phone systems) to improve customer experience and support management goals.
