What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote work where I can combine multilingual customer support with hands-on technical problem-solving, product feedback, documentation, and open-source infrastructure.

I build and operate Autonomus07, a multi-tenant conversational service platform for clinics running on self-hosted Linux infrastructure. I integrate WhatsApp and Instagram messaging, create RAG knowledge bases, and turn clinic feedback into product and pricing improvements.

I previously supported an international fitness-app user base at Fitness Online in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Russian. I resolved tickets, reproduced bugs for QA, and helped new users understand the product clearly.

I bring hands-on experience with Linux, Docker, PostgreSQL, Redis, webhooks, and production troubleshooting, alongside years of cross-cultural work in Russia, India, Spain, and Yemen. I value patient problem-solving, practical documentation, and explaining technical issues in plain language.
