I'm looking to scale a regional installation and distribution organization that is growing faster than its process, building the standards, KPI infrastructure, capacity planning, and accountability needed for sustainable performance.

At Leaf Home / LeafFilter North, I own a $135M residential installation operation across 13 locations, six states, and D.C. I lead 24 Operations Managers and a 450+ person subcontracted installation network, growing the region from $85M to $135M in four years.

I build the operating systems behind scalable performance: company-wide Python reporting, regional SOPs, capacity models, contractor compensation analysis, and Salesforce Field Service readiness. Earlier, I built and ran a $4M+ annual distribution warehouse operation and managed full P&L responsibility across multiple businesses.
