At ProGreen Turf & Landscape, I led an $8.5M operation across two branches, 18 crews, and approximately 455 properties. I coordinated production, quality, and horticulture leaders and set up weekly sales-to-production planning so capacity was approved before start dates were committed.
At Sandstone Landscape, I led maintenance, installation, construction, and snow operations across 100+ properties, managing approximately $6M in recurring and project revenue. I improved reported gross margin from ~25% to 32% through labor-overrun reviews, pricing and scope corrections, job costing, and follow-through with Finance and field leadership.
At BrightView Landscape Services, I managed service delivery across 29 commercial and resort properties and one large private property. I sold $780K in approved enhancement work while maintaining recurring service delivery, and coordinated the installation of 200 fruit trees and 65 palms at an 18-acre beachfront property.
Earlier, I supported Peraton’s DHS/U.S. Customs and Border Protection TARS operations, maintaining accountability for inventory valued at $20M+. I also built and operated Titan Property Services, serving approximately 65 recurring clients and coordinating staffing, scheduling, purchasing, invoicing, and quality.
