I am a dedicated Learning and Development Systems Administrator with extensive experience in implementing and supporting various Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Absorb, LearnUpon, and Cornerstone. My journey in this field has been marked by a commitment to enhancing employee development and performance through data-driven insights and effective learning delivery.

Throughout my career, I have successfully led cross-functional teams to improve onboarding processes and compliance training. At Xanterra Parks & Resorts, I was responsible for the implementation and support of multiple LMS platforms for over 5,000 employees across 15 business entities. I developed and maintained LMS governance and best practices, ensuring effective learning delivery while creating insightful business intelligence dashboards to track employee development trends.

My educational background includes a Master's in Organizational Development and Leadership, as well as an MBA in Information Systems Management.
