I seek a role where I can manage LMS operations and design engaging, multimedia e-learning; I value collaboration, measurable impact, and opportunities to modernize learning.

I am an LMS administrator and instructional e-learning developer with over 20 years of experience designing and delivering both e-learning and instructor-led training for high school, college, and adult learners. I manage LMS operations, create SCORM/HTML5 and mobile-friendly courses, and collaborate closely with subject-matter experts to meet organizational learning needs.

At Arch Insurance I manage Docebo daily, produce analytics for leadership, implement third-party integrations, build custom pages, and apply gamification to improve engagement. My background includes using Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise, Review), Lectora, Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, and audio/video tools to convert legacy training and produce interactive learning experiences.
