I’m an LMS and Training Systems professional with 15+ years of experience managing enterprise learning platforms and supporting workforce development initiatives. I align learning technology with business and organizational goals to help teams deliver training effectively.

At USAID, I led administration and enhancement of an enterprise LMS supporting global workforce development from 2020–2025. I managed competency assessments, training data, and reporting, and I developed dashboards and analytics to support workforce development decisions.

Earlier, as an LMS Administrator (2009–2020), I administered Cornerstone LMS for user management, content deployment, and reporting. I also designed and maintained web-based applications, handled data migration and integration between LMS and HR systems, and built automated reporting for training and compliance tracking.

Before that, I worked as a Training Coordinator / Registrar (2003–2009), managing training registration and attendance tracking and supporting training operations through reporting tools and databases. I bring strong stakeholder and vendor management, process optimization, and a systems-first mindset, including my COR Level II Certification.
