What I'm looking for

I’m seeking remote opportunities where I can contribute to customer satisfaction, strengthen customer relationships through CRM, and grow in customer success—using customer insight, communication, and digital marketing fundamentals to improve experiences.

I’m a customer-focused marketing professional with a CIM Level 6 Diploma in Professional Marketing and practical experience supporting customers, communicating with clients, and handling day-to-day business needs. Through Byforce Co Ltd and my family business, I’ve built strong skills in customer relationship management, customer support, and resolving service-related concerns.

I’m especially interested in customer experience, CRM, and customer success. My CIM projects strengthened how I use customer insight and data—applying AI and data analytics to improve customer relationship management and satisfaction, and developing CRM recommendations to enhance engagement and customer journeys.
