I’m a customer-facing technical professional with 6+ years of experience supporting cryogenic and quantum research environments across academia and industry. I bring a service-driven workflow mindset—owning onboarding, troubleshooting, documentation, and coordinating between users and engineering teams.

As a Technical Account Manager, I serve as a primary technical point of contact for international customers. I handle cryogenic and low-temperature physics support in quantum environments, including cryogenic systems, cleanroom operations, vacuum systems, and lab day-to-day technical queries.

I coordinate cross-functionally with service engineers, logistics, and internal teams to understand issues and drive timely resolution. I also prepare and maintain technical documentation, quotations, service records, and reporting workflows using CRM/ERP systems, while clearly communicating customer feedback and recurring issues to internal teams.

My background in physics and nanotechnology strengthens how I work with complex instrumentation. I previously worked as a Research Assistant at Aalto University, supporting fabrication, testing, and cryogenic measurement of micro and nano-scale devices, and maintaining experimental documentation and equipment logs for reproducibility.
