What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my insurance testing, business–IT collaboration, data analysis, and process improvement experience in a role where I can use AI and data tools to improve team delivery and business value.

I improved insurance-domain delivery at LTI Mindtree by aligning test coverage with business requirements, validating policy and claims workflows, and connecting business and technical teams.

I worked with Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter, SQL, API validation, Robot Framework, Selenium, and Postman to support end-to-end testing and backend consistency. My defect trend analysis and process improvement suggestions helped reduce production issues by 30%.

After completing an MBA in Finland focused on project management, data analysis, business strategy, and process improvement, I’m motivated to use AI and data tools to help teams work better and deliver real business value.
