What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead business operations, workflow design, process improvement, and cross-functional delivery in a high-accountability environment where I can improve execution quality, throughput, and visibility.

I've built and improved operating systems across virtual services, manufacturing, logistics, retail, marketing, and consulting for more than 25 years. Most recently, at Law Firm Marketing Pros through Virtrify, I standardized workflows, SOPs, governance, KPI reporting, QA tracking, and operating cadences to strengthen delivery reliability.

At Generación de Tecnología, I led process re-engineering across planning, material handling, storage, and distribution, supporting approximately 10% annual growth for five years. I also managed procurement and logistics across China and Venezuela, strengthening supplier, inventory, and fulfillment performance.

Earlier, I implemented distribution processes at DIGITEL that enabled deployment of 600,000+ handsets and contributed to 30%+ scratch-card sales growth. My work also includes business restructuring at Tiendas Montana, marketing launches generating US$100M in annual sales at Empresas Polar, and process-improvement consulting at Andersen Consulting.
