I’m a driven IT professional supporting users across hardware, software, and ICT infrastructure. I combine hands-on helpdesk support with systems administration to keep services running smoothly and users productive.

In my recent role, I handled server administration activities including applying OS updates and patches, configuring new servers, and managing Active Directory and group policies. I actively monitored server applications for performance problems, security threats, and operational failures.

I’m strong in troubleshooting and technical guidance, resolving issues through a ticketing system across infrastructure, Microsoft applications, emails, and IP Phones. I also install and maintain Microsoft Windows Operating System and Office Suite applications, and I support installation, repair, and maintenance of hardware and software.

I take system security seriously—installing and configuring Sophos firewall and supporting firewall management and operational monitoring. I collaborate with different departments to capture business requirements, support innovative IT solutions, and help train staff on systems like CRM, security importance, and backup of important data.
