I am an IT Support Engineer with more than three years of hands-on experience supporting healthcare and public-sector IT environments. I focus on maintaining high system uptime, quickly resolving technical issues, and ensuring secure, compliant operations for clinical and administrative users.

I have provided first- and second-line support across hardware, software, and network domains, and I regularly monitor system performance to detect and prevent faults that cause downtime. I am experienced with Windows OS installation and troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 administration, and remote support tools such as AnyDesk and TeamViewer.

My background includes coordinating procurement and setup of IT equipment, managing user accounts and access control, and producing operational performance reports for management review. I have supported LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi configuration, basic database tasks, and IT asset/vendor coordination in busy operational settings.
