I'm seeking a customer support, process executive or operations support role.

At NHANCE Digital, I support UK-based clients over email and phone, resolving queries and tracking issues through a ticketing system and CRM.

I follow up on open queries and pending deliverables, and coordinate content and marketing materials with internal teams to keep projects moving.

Earlier, I taught computer science and IT at Sat Sanskar International School and delivered online coding sessions at BrightChamps. My experience also includes manual testing and digital marketing support.
