I'm looking for customer support, BPO, data entry, back-office, telecalling, sales support, or operations work where I can use communication, accuracy, ownership, and problem-solving to deliver reliable results.

For six years, I've run and taught at my own coaching centre in Lucknow, managing daily operations, class schedules, student records, attendance, fees, follow-ups, and routine administration.

I've built strong customer and student handling skills through clear communication, patient query resolution, coordination with students and parents, and consistent documentation. I work independently, prioritize daily responsibilities, and keep service quality reliable across multiple tasks.

Alongside operations experience, I've developed practical skills in data analytics, Generative AI, Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and digital tools. I've also created projects including an AI productivity platform, a Python/OpenCV/YOLO sports player detection system, and an AI voice analytics application.
