I’m looking to transition into a Human Resources Leave Administrator role where I can apply my confidentiality, documentation, and policy compliance strengths to support employee care, manage sensitive conversations, and help ensure smooth operational excellence.

I’m an experienced sales and client relations professional with more than 15 years of success in relationship management, communication, problem-solving, and customer support across service-oriented industries. I manage sensitive conversations with professionalism, empathy, confidentiality, and attention to detail, and I’m recognized for strong organizational skills, conflict resolution, and the ability to build trust with employees, clients, and leadership teams.

In my current role as Sales Lead, I coordinate sales initiatives, serve as a liaison between suppliers, management, and retail partners, and train teams on product knowledge, merchandising standards, and customer service expectations. I’m also highly administrative—maintaining detailed reporting, scheduling, and account documentation while managing multiple priorities—and I’m seeking to transition into a Human Resources Leave Administrator role where my administrative, interpersonal, and compliance-focused skills can support employee care and operational excellence.
