My journey began with a National Certificate from CTU Training Solutions, and I have since graduated with a focus on system support. I have dedicated my career to providing exceptional technical support and ensuring seamless networking infrastructure for clients.

Currently, I serve as a Senior IT Administrator at BDO South Africa, where I have honed my skills in troubleshooting network issues, managing server configurations, and utilizing IT Service Management tools like System Centre Service Manager. My experience spans over five years, during which I have developed a comprehensive understanding of LAN routing, switching, and various troubleshooting techniques.
