I want to lead HR operations and talent acquisition, drive multi-location HR consistency, strengthen employee engagement and grievance handling, and use AI-enabled HRMS/analytics to improve hiring speed, reporting quality, and workforce productivity.

I’m a Human Resource professional with 20+ years of experience across Human Resource Management, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Relations, and Recruitment Strategy—supporting organizations in IT, Consulting, Education, Insurance, and Manufacturing. I lead HR work with a results-first mindset, balancing recruitment outcomes, employee experience, and statutory compliance.

In my current role as Human Resource Manager, I lead complete HR operations across 10 branches and drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle—from manpower planning and sourcing through screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, onboarding, and induction. I partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business growth, manage employee lifecycle activities (confirmations, promotions, transfers, appraisals, exit formalities), and strengthen employee engagement, retention, and grievance handling.

Previously, I founded HR consulting and managed freelance recruitment services for multiple clients (executive, mid-level, and management hiring), building strong candidate pipelines through job portals, networking, references, and social recruitment. I also leverage AI-powered HR technologies and HRMS platforms—along with tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and GreytHR—to improve recruitment efficiency, HR reporting, documentation, and workforce productivity.
