I’m a Human Resource professional with 20+ years of experience across Human Resource Management, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Relations, and Recruitment Strategy—supporting organizations in IT, Consulting, Education, Insurance, and Manufacturing. In my current role as Human Resource Manager, I lead complete HR operations across 10 branches and drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle—from manpower planning and sourcing through screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, onboarding, and induction.
