I’m a detail-oriented operations and IT support professional with over three years of experience in Operations, IT Support, and Customer Service. I manage device logistics end-to-end—conducting quality checks, packaging with required materials, monitoring availability, tracking shipments across regional offices, and coordinating with Warehouse and Global teams to resolve shortages and major device issues.

I also support customer success through replacements for defective devices, clear communication on findings and solutions, and basic troubleshooting by phone and on-site training to ensure clients can use devices confidently. Alongside this, I’ve worked with e-commerce and inventory systems—verifying offers and promotions, synchronizing inventory across online storefront/warehouse/POS, onboarding products into central databases, and analyzing sales data to improve merchandising and system optimization.
