I’m looking for a remote customer support role where I can resolve inquiries via phone, email, and chat, keep CRM records accurate, schedule appointments, and grow with a collaborative team.

I’m a customer-focused Customer Service Representative who handles 100+ daily customer interactions through phone, email, and chat. I resolve inquiries and complaints, maintain accurate CRM records, and coordinate follow-ups to protect service quality.

In my current role at Outcess Solutions, I update CRM, schedule appointments, and perform administrative tasks while collaborating with my team to improve the customer experience. I bring strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills that help me thrive in remote work environments.

Before this, I taught at Tianony Nursery & Primary School and worked as a Sales Representative in a fashion retail store. Those experiences strengthened my ability to support people, manage records, and deliver excellent service—consistently and professionally.
