I’m seeking a Customer Service or Customer Support position where I can assist customers, resolve issues, improve customer satisfaction, and contribute positively to the organization.

As a School Teacher in Nigeria, I communicated with students, parents, and colleagues, responding to questions and concerns professionally and patiently.

I identified practical solutions to individual needs, kept accurate records, and adapted my communication to different people and situations.
