I'm looking for customer service, patient scheduling, or administrative support work where I can use Salesforce CRM, Epic Systems, clear communication, and problem-solving to support customers and healthcare operations.

I currently schedule, reschedule, and cancel medical appointments for U.S. healthcare patients at Omega Healthcare Management Services. I keep patient records accurate in Salesforce CRM and Epic Systems while coordinating with providers and clinics.
