I’m a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support Specialist with strong communication, administrative, and interpersonal skills. I’ve worked with IBEX Global Solutions handling support needs for Walmart.com and Republic Services, focused on professionalism, adaptability, and high-quality outcomes under pressure.

Through my internship at Aspire Educational Consultancy, I strengthened my ability to support day-to-day operations, collaborate with teams, and deliver excellent customer service. I’m eager to grow within a structured corporate setting while taking on new challenges that improve both my performance and the organization’s results.

I also bring exceptional communication and leadership from my academic and extracurricular achievements. I earned the Kennedy Lugar Youth Exchange and Study Scholarship, was Runner up in Student of the Year Academics, and achieved recognition in debate and Urdu drama—along with extensive presentations, volunteering, and club leadership.
