What I'm looking for
I’m a customer service professional focused on resolving complaints efficiently and keeping customers fully informed. In my most recent role, I handled inquiries by phone and email, supported orders, returns, and refunds, and communicated products and promotions to maintain high satisfaction.
Before that, I strengthened my service and operations experience in retail as a Shop Assistant, managing stock control, product layout, shelf organization, and cashier duties. I consistently stayed customer-oriented while working toward performance targets.
I also built hands-on business experience through self-employment in a gift store, where I handled product sourcing, workplace organization, employee management, service expansion, and overall business management. Earlier roles included customer registration, system support, SIM charging, and phone equipment sales.
Alongside practical customer-facing work, I earned a University Degree in Programming and developed strong productivity skills with Microsoft Office tools and Adobe Photoshop. I’m comfortable working with diverse teams, staying flexible under pressure, and applying leadership, delegation, and resource management to deliver results.
