What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-facing role where I can support clients, contribute to sales and service goals, coordinate daily operations, and continue growing in a collaborative team.

I've supported customers at Manpower TBO by explaining services, contracts, invoices, and energy solutions while resolving complaints and helping meet commercial targets.

At DiaSupermercados S.A., I coordinated teams, organized schedules and daily store priorities, managed cash operations, and controlled stock and inventories. I also supported employee onboarding and maintained operational and quality standards.

My experience across retail, hospitality, and call centers has strengthened my customer communication, sales, conflict resolution, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
