What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can improve operations, manage systems and client relationships, support teams, and contribute through documentation, training, task management, and process improvement.

I support operations, systems, and client relationships across remote teams, property rentals, and account management.

As a General VA and Executive VA for multiple direct clients, I created SOPs, improved task workflows, supported senior management, and managed property rentals across the US, Europe, and Asia. I also led recruitment, training, coaching, data migration, CRM setup, and system troubleshooting.

In client relations and vacation-rental roles, I handled guest inquiries, reservations, payments, check-ins, check-outs, billing concerns, and account issues through phone, chat, and email. I trained new virtual assistants and agents while serving as a point of contact for teammates.
