I’m looking for work where I can perform field audits and inspections with strict compliance, communicate clearly, and produce accurate reports—while supporting customers and teams through reliable, process-driven operations.

I’m a Field Specialist with hands-on experience working inside DOE Weatherization Program guidelines, including the Operations Manual and Standard Work Specifications. I conduct house audits and assist with inspections, coordinate materials to match order sheets, and handle job documentation like reports, labeled photos, and complete client files.

I also bring a strong customer and operations foundation from my time with Kohl’s, supporting Sales, Hospitality, Operations, People, and Conversion. I focus on consistent store execution (including omni-channel support), accurate transactions, and building genuine customer connections through respectful, problem-solving service.
