What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support fast-moving leadership teams by improving operations, managing complex schedules and projects, automating workflows, and contributing to business growth.

I believe children communicate in many ways—through their words, behavior, play, relationships, and even the things they may not yet have the language to express. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where children and adolescents can feel understood, build emotional awareness, and develop the skills they need to navigate life with greater confidence and resilience.

I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, working under the supervision of a licensed clinician. My clinical interests include working with children, adolescents, and families navigating anxiety, emotional regulation, life transitions, relationships, and difficult or overwhelming experiences. I am also particularly interested in helping young people develop healthier relationships with technology and social media, including navigating excessive screen use, online pressures, and the impact of digital life on mood, relationships, self-esteem, and everyday functioning.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent years working closely with children and families as a professional nanny. This experience gave me a deep appreciation for the individuality of each child and for the importance of understanding children within the context of their family, relationships, environment, and developmental stage. It also taught me that meaningful change often begins when children feel genuinely seen, heard, and safe.

My therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, and developmentally informed. I am particularly interested in trauma-informed care, mindfulness, emotional regulation, and body-based approaches that can help young people become more connected to themselves and better able to understand and manage their emotions. I am continuing to pursue education and clinical training in these areas, including specialized learning related to children, adolescents, trauma, and healthy technology use.

I believe therapy should be a space where children do not have to be "fixed" or judged. Instead, it can be a place to discover what is already strong within them, develop new ways of coping, and build healthier relationships with themselves and the people around them.

I also value working collaboratively with parents and caregivers. Supporting a child often means supporting the family system around them. I strive to help parents better understand their child's emotional world while developing practical, compassionate strategies for supporting connection, regulation, healthy boundaries, and growth at home.
