What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a hands-on customer-focused hospitality role where I can support guests, work across daily operations, and use my communication and front-office skills to help the team deliver smooth, positive experiences.

I’m motivated and reliable with hands-on experience working in a resort environment across multiple departments. I’m confident multitasking, communicating effectively, and providing excellent customer service to ensure guests feel supported and comfortable.

At Royo Green Gardens Resort, I worked in the front office and assisted across front desk, house keeping, and guest services. I supported guests, helped ensure smooth daily operations, and collaborated as a team to maintain a positive experience.

Before that, I worked at Ronaloi retail shop as a retail shop assistant, assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases, stocking shelves, and monitoring inventory levels. With my Diploma in hospitality management and continued training at Valentine school of cake, I bring a practical, service-focused mindset to every day.
