What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations or team leadership role where I can improve processes, build capable teams, strengthen compliance, and deliver reliable employee and customer experiences across complex environments.

I've spent more than 10 years at Apple, progressing from Specialist to Operations Lead and supporting flagship retail environments in Dubai and Belfast.

As Operations Lead at Apple Dubai, I led two cross-functional teams of 15–20 people, managed health, safety and internal-audit compliance, and maintained a 100% compliance record across operational audits over five years. I used KPI reporting to identify workflow gaps, improve efficiency, and strengthen employee experience.

I've delivered concurrent projects including product introductions, store renovations, and seasonal headcount planning on time and within budget, while serving as the primary escalation point for employee concerns and operational incidents.

I'm also experienced in onboarding and learning design, having created programmes for 60+ employees, maintained SOPs, partnered with HR on workforce planning, and coached team members through structured development plans.
