I’m looking for people-first operations work where I can support team coordination, strengthen employee experience, and run well-organised office operations with clear communication, discretion, and continuous process improvement.

I’m an Operations Executive who thrives at the intersection of people and process. Across healthcare and premium retail, I build structure, protect confidentiality, and keep operations running smoothly—especially when priorities shift fast.

In my current role at Eudelo, I audit and optimize digital workflows to improve operational efficiency while maintaining full regulatory compliance. I’ve implemented audit trails and strengthened data management, supported site consolidation onboarding, and coordinated communication between Directors and the clinical team.

Previously at House of CB, I owned end-to-end recruitment coordination, delivered inductions and training, and managed payroll administration with 100% accuracy. I also handled workforce coordination, supported team engagement, and acted as a key liaison between leadership and staff—skills I carried into retail leadership roles at Levi Strauss and H&M.
