I am a 27-year-old Business Administrator with a solid background in customer service, banking, and finance. My experience spans across various sectors, including internal and external customer relations, KYC compliance, and understanding the US financial system. At CitiBank, I led the KYC Procedures team within the Financial Crimes department, ensuring compliance and efficiency in our operations. My role at Claro Costa Rica involved managing a corporate team, where I focused on CRM maintenance, KPI tracking, and project management.
