What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can apply financial analysis, Excel, SAP, and internal-control experience to improve processes, support sound decisions, and continue growing in financial management and data analysis.

I've supported financial operations at Facileasing and Banco Nacional de Costa Rica, evaluating client financial profiles, processing payments, and maintaining rigorous internal-control standards.

At Facileasing, I assessed more than 40 client financial profiles monthly, identified risk indicators, and built Excel tools that reduced client-response processing time to less than one hour. I also implemented SAP-based lead and customer tracking and supported sales KPI achievement through lead qualification and cross-functional coordination.

At Banco Nacional de Costa Rica, I managed high-volume transactions, validated transfers and payment requests, and coordinated resolution of payment exceptions and discrepancies while handling sensitive information responsibly.
