What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level role where I can own end-to-end recruitment coordination while contributing to digital PR or brand storytelling. I work best with teams that value clear communication, fast learning, and practical, data-informed execution.

I’m a Multimedia & Mass Communication student building my career at the intersection of talent acquisition, content creation, and visual storytelling. I bring end-to-end recruitment support—sourcing, screening, and interview coordination—while also translating ideas into clear brand narratives across multiple platforms.

In my Human Resources Internship focused on Talent Acquisition with Reliance Broadcast Network (BIG FM), I managed full-cycle recruitment across multiple open roles. I supported pipeline visibility from sourcing to closure using Naukri ATS and Excel/Google Sheets trackers, and I coordinated candidate communications and interview scheduling via WhatsApp and email.

I’ve also strengthened my digital impact through content and marketing internships at Kshitiksha Foundation and Earth5R. I produced articles and social media content for social awareness and environmental/sustainability themes, developed content strategies, and consistently managed brand voice through publishing and promotion on Instagram, LinkedIn, Blogger, and Medium.

Beyond desk work, I’ve volunteered with Visuals Teams for Polaris Fest and HOPE, where I led on-ground photography and real-time social media coverage. Through student leadership roles—student council membership, editorial board contributions, and team captaincy—I’ve developed communication, time management, and collaboration habits that help me adapt quickly in both creative and operational settings.
