I’m a motivated HR undergraduate with hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination. I enjoy turning hiring needs into organized processes while keeping communication clear and candidates informed.

In my HR internship, I managed end-to-end recruitment and supported hiring for multiple intern cohorts. I handled sourcing, screening, and interview coordination to keep selection moving smoothly.

At another HR internship, I supported large-scale international hiring by screening and shortlisting candidates using an ATS tool. I combined high-volume calling with LinkedIn sourcing, managed two recruitment processes at once, verified resumes, and lined up additional candidates when numbers dropped—resulting in shortlisted candidates being selected for the international role and relocation process.

Beyond internships, I’ve delivered project-based recruiting and career support work—creating job descriptions, screening candidates, preparing offer letters, and tracking eligibility and deadlines. I also built collaboration through social media networking, and I completed an HR course focused on the basics of human resource management.
