What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fast-paced, people-focused role where I can support end-to-end recruitment, build positive candidate experiences, coordinate stakeholders, and grow in talent acquisition and people operations.

I've supported end-to-end recruitment at IIM Skills, sourcing and screening 350+ candidate profiles, conducting 100+ initial HR screening interviews, and coordinating hiring for non-technical roles.

I partner with stakeholders to schedule interviews and maintained a 95%+ interview attendance rate. I've also managed candidate records with 100% accuracy, completed 100+ candidate follow-ups, and helped onboard 20+ new hires through documentation and pre-joining coordination.

My earlier work spans teaching, media production, and digital content. At DY365, I supported five daily news segments with 100% on-time delivery and improved social engagement by 15–20% through data-informed content scheduling.
