I'm seeking Customer Success, onboarding, technical account management, client success, or support roles with global SaaS, PropTech, property management, and technology companies.

I've managed day-to-day facility and property operations at Westnorwood Realty, serving as a key contact for residents and driving service requests through to resolution.

I coordinate vendors, technicians, contractors, security providers, and internal stakeholders to address maintenance, infrastructure, utility, and service issues while reducing disruption for occupants.
