I handle inbound calls as a Customer Service Representative at Alorica, assisting patients, healthcare providers, and insurance representatives with inquiries about healthcare services, policies, and procedures. I schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments while ensuring accurate information management, and I address billing concerns by explaining insurance coverage and payment options. I also maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive patient information.

Previously as a Barista at Sip Up Coffee, I prepared and served coffee beverages while maintaining product quality. I processed customer orders and handled cash and digital payments, while keeping the workspace clean and organized and providing friendly, professional customer service.

I’m computer literate with strong communications, time management, multitasking, and teamwork skills, plus data entry experience. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Marketing Management and an Accredited Marketing Certification of Authorship, I bring a service-first mindset and a willingness to learn and improve.
