I’m a Dedicated Oil & Gas Support Engineer driven by innovation, with a strong focus on technical support, problem resolution, and root cause analysis. I bring a full-stack development foundation (e.g., Python, C++, SQL) that helps me fix incidents and build preventative solutions that improve user-facing applications.

In my roles as a Trilingual Technical Support Analyst and Support Engineer, I document and triage technical issues, replicate problems to uncover underlying causes, and communicate clearly with diverse technical units and management. I’ve supported complex Quorum Midstream applications to help ensure operational continuity for key O&G clients.

I’m especially effective at patch management and software update delivery: managing end-to-end patch testing, deployment, and usage guides while minimizing downtime and improving user experience. With strong system administration and security skills across Windows and Linux (including Active Directory, networking/VPN/DNS, firewall configuration, and CLI troubleshooting), I also support modern tools and AI fundamentals such as OpenAI API and prompt engineering.
