What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue solving SaaS product issues through technical investigation, customer communication, and close collaboration with engineering, while growing my backend, cloud, and systems engineering skills.

I'm supporting international customers on FleetIQ360, a fleet management SaaS platform, from initial triage through resolution or engineering escalation.

I reproduce product issues using server logs, SQL, Linux tools, and structured root-cause analysis. I document findings in Jira and HubSpot with reproduction steps, log excerpts, SQL evidence, and environment context.

I've built SQL queries and data models for Power BI dashboards, validated outputs against production data, and automated a recurring monthly reporting process with Python and SQL. I also contributed backend queries and functionality to an internal eHelpdesk ticketing and diagnostic platform.

Outside support, I built and deployed a vehicle detection system using Python, OpenCV, FastAPI, AWS RDS, SQS, RTSP cameras, Tailscale, and CloudWatch. I'm completing a Systems Engineering degree while continuing to deepen my backend, cloud, and troubleshooting skills.
