I've led the full operation of Orange House Brasil’s Florianópolis unit, managing cash reconciliation, inventory, pricing, financial reporting, customer service and daily systems operations. During my initial management period, I contributed to average sales growth of approximately 5% per month in a unit generating BRL 500K–1M annually.
Previously, I spent seven years at ADP Brasil supporting payroll technology and operations for multinational clients in Brazil and Argentina, developing KPIs, automating processes and mentoring interns. I now co-found Serenna and Beija Flor, helping structure technology solutions through partner development, financial monitoring, internal processes and operational execution.
