Previously, I managed logistics operations at EKSPRES Soluções Logísticas and implemented projects, new technologies, and personalized-service team training.
With over 20 years in operations management, logistics, project implementation, and business administration, I bring experience reporting critical cases and management indicators to senior leadership. I also work with financial ERP systems and e-commerce platforms, supported by a Business Administration degree and an MBA in Strategic Business Management.
