At CIUSSS Mauricie-et-du-Centre-du-Québec, I handled service disruptions across 100+ departments simultaneously. I also coordinated urgent staff replacements and addressed conflicts related to collective agreement application.
As Administrative Agent, Class 1, I used Virtuo GPRH for staff scheduling and replacement coordination, alongside data entry and processing.
I founded Studio Web Ethos, a Quebec sole proprietorship, where I manage client invoicing, service contracts, and REQ compliance. Under the Ethos Overflow brand, I also manage creator-brand matchmaking and high-volume email workflows.
For Studio Web Ethos clients, I designed and deployed websites using React, Vite, and Tailwind CSS. My background also includes a bachelor's in Computer Science with a Data Science concentration and a Google Data Analytics Junior Certificate.
