I'm seeking a long-term remote role in Customer Success, Account Management, or consultative B2B SaaS sales with a mission-driven company. I thrive on building relationships, helping customers succeed, improving processes, and learning new technologies. As I relocate to Portugal, or Puerto Vallarta Mexico, I'm looking for a remote-first team where I can grow and make a lasting impact.

Customer Success professional, seeking to relocate outside of the US, with extensive experience supporting users in fast-paced, SaaS-adjacent environments. I excel at helping customers understand digital tools, resolve issues with clarity and empathy, and adopt technology that improves their workflow. My background spans consultative sales, account management, customer support, and high-volume client engagement, giving me a strong foundation in retention, communication, and long-term relationship building.

In addition to my customer-facing career, I'm an active content creator, writer, and community builder with experience growing online audiences through YouTube, Substack, and social media.
