I'm looking for an operations or service desk role where I can coordinate requests, handle escalations, maintain accurate documentation, and support SOP-driven teams delivering reliable service.

I've supported centralized guest-service operations at JW Marriott Goa, managing high-volume guest communications, service requests, bookings, and escalations across the property.

I coordinate with operational departments to resolve service issues promptly, using OPERA PMS to maintain call logs, request records, escalation documentation, and shift handover notes. I prioritize requests by urgency and operational impact while working within structured SOP-driven environments.

Previously, at The Oberoi Vanyavilas Wildlife Resort, I managed In-Room Dining calls and dining reservations, coordinating orders, special instructions, and follow-ups with kitchen, bar, and service teams.
