I am a dedicated and motivated hospitality professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from SBIHM, Kolkata. I strengthened my foundation through hands-on experience during a 6-month trainee role at JW Marriott, Kolkata.

In my trainee role, I assisted in daily hotel operations across multiple departments, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage service, and kitchen operations. I supported senior staff in handling guest queries, learned hospitality standards and customer service etiquette, and developed strong time management, adaptability, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.
