What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity, particularly with Microsoft security solutions and FortiGate technologies, while supporting reliable systems, secure operations, and users.

I'm currently supporting operations at the Lebanese Red Cross, resolving daily hardware, software, network, and Microsoft 365 issues while helping strengthen endpoint security.

I monitor and respond to security alerts through Microsoft Defender and SIEM tools, run KnowBe4 phishing simulations, and deliver security-awareness training that helps identify risk and improve user awareness.

Previously, I managed Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 administration, Group Policy, VMware ESXi, user permissions, and network services for Otis Elevators and National Trading Corporation.

I also bring hands-on technical repair experience and volunteer leadership as an Emergency Medical Technician, where I coordinate teams and respond effectively in critical situations.
